The Stanelle house (click on Stanelle house to see photo pages) was built in 1887, 120 years old this year (2007)…at least that is what the date on the house says. Cost then was $3000. The painted house picture is from 2005. Great Grandfather Gottlieb and Great grandmother Beatha are also pictured here. Gottlieb’s son, Layman, was said to have done the extensive stenciling in various rooms of this home. More on this at a later time.
