On December 29, 2007, James Robert Stanelle wed Nancy Elizabeth Bonham in the parlor of the family home. Approximately 30 immediate family members attended, followed by a small reception.

The Stanelle house (click on Stanelle house to see photo pages) was built in 1887, 120 years old this year (2007)…at least that is what the date on the house says. Cost then was $3000. The painted house picture is from 2005. Great Grandfather Gottlieb and Great grandmother Beatha are also pictured here. Gottlieb’s son, Layman, was said to have done the extensive stenciling in various rooms of this home. More on this at a later time.
